Buyer Responsibilities

Financial Obligations
The buyer assumes full responsibility for all puppy purchase costs and associated delivery fees.

Supervision Requirements
The buyer must provide appropriate supervision and prevent unsupervised outdoor access for the puppy.

Humane Treatment Commitment
The buyer pledges to maintain humane care standards including sufficient nutrition, hydration, shelter, attention, and veterinary services.

Liability Understanding
The buyer acknowledges that while the breeder provides temperament guarantees, the breeder bears no responsibility for future damages or injuries caused by the puppy.

Monitoring Permission
The breeder retains the right to contact the buyer periodically to verify proper treatment and care of the puppy.

Seller Guarantees

Health and Documentation
The seller guarantees the puppy's health at time of transfer and provides complete AKC registration documentation for official Kennel Club registration.

Temperament Assurance
The seller certifies the puppy possesses excellent temperament qualities at the point of sale.

Medical History
The seller supplies comprehensive health records including all vaccination and parasite treatment histories.

Health Verification Process

Veterinary Examination Requirement
The buyer must arrange a licensed veterinary examination within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.

Refund Eligibility
If a licensed veterinarian identifies health issues attributable to the seller, the buyer may return the puppy for complete refund with the seller covering all return transportation costs.

Ownership Provisions

Rehoming Priority
Should the buyer need to relinquish the dog, they must first notify the seller, providing primary right to reclaim full ownership and arrange suitable rehoming.

Satisfaction Guarantee
The buyer receives a 30-day satisfaction guarantee with full refund authorization if unsatisfied with the dog or experiencing bonding difficulties.

Transfer Authorization
The breeder/seller maintains absolute right to approve or deny any third-party transfer of the animal.

Prohibited Transfers
The dog must never be sold, leased, traded, or surrendered to pet shops, research facilities, animal shelters, or similar institutions.

Agreement Acknowledgement
By completing purchase, both parties acknowledge understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
